What to include in an enquiry
The faster we have the right details, the faster you get a usable quote. A complete enquiry usually contains:
- Brand and full model number, or a drawing with tolerance and material
- Quantity — per item and expected annual volume
- Workpiece material and hardness
- Machine model, spindle taper and maximum spindle speed
- Whether a trial or sample is required before the series order
- Delivery terms: ex-works Chengdu, domestic delivery or export
For export enquiries, please state the destination port or country so we can quote the correct Incoterm and packaging.
